Natalia Nik completed a degree in fashion as a stylist-artist. However, her true calling emerged in illustration, particularly children's illustration. After her children were born, she pursued an MFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, focusing on creating illustrations that are gentle, light-hearted, and imbued with kindness.
Natalia has worked on picture audiobooks, print media illustrations, and freelanced as an artist. Her works, known for their playful stylization and emotional resonance, have been well received. Natalia is driven by the joy of seeing her illustrations in print and the goal of creating beloved books that resonate with readers. She has published over 15 books and has received recognition, including a 3rd degree diploma for "Best Children’s Book" at the Volga Wave festival and a long-listing for the Korney Chukovsky Prize.
